Delivery Policy
- Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.
- The items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in three business days.
- Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- Our delivery takes 1-5 business days.
- We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. However we don’t offer free return service.
- Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any signature packaging materials.
- We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods.
